1. Payment Terms - Methods of Payment: All payment fees must be made via bank transfer to our business account, "Meha AI, Programming and Venture Opportunities Limited". We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.
- Fee Calculation: The total fee for your project will be calculated based on the elements of your website or project and the hours we invest in it.
- Payment Schedule for Project-Based Services:
- Payments are divided into three installments:
- One-third (1/3) at the start of the project.
- One-third (1/3) midway through the project.
- The final third (1/3) upon completion of the project.
- Monthly Services: For ongoing services such as SEO, website maintenance, content creation, or security, we accept monthly payments through bank transfer to our business account.
The payment reference must clearly state the name of the service (e.g., "SEO services", "website maintenance"), otherwise, the money will be returned to the source of payment.
- Additional Costs: Any additions to the project, including minor changes such as adding a button, may incur additional charges, increasing the final payment.
- Consistency of Payment Methods: All payments, whether one-time or recurring, should be conducted through bank transfer to our business account in the company name. Cash payments are not accepted in any form.
2. Anti-Money Laundering - Compliance: Due to anti-money laundering regulations, we only accept payments from the person or entity in whose name the project is registered. We cannot accept payments from any other names or third parties.
- Payment Reference: All payments should include a reference in the payment description. For example, if you pay £1000 monthly for SEO services, the reference should clearly state "SEO services". Payments without proper references may be refunded to the source of payment.
3. Cancellations and Refunds - No Refunds on Cancellations: Any cancellations made after a payment has been processed will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure your decision to proceed is final before making any payments.
4. Legal Compliance - Sanctions and Regulations: We do not engage with countries that are under sanctions. We strictly adhere to the laws and regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and other relevant bodies in conducting our business. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients from sanctioned countries.
5. General Provisions - Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

6.
